Terms of Use

Using Fatafati

Fatafati is a creator discovery and influencer marketing platform. You must submit accurate information and only share content you own or are authorized to promote.

Content and moderation

All creator submissions are subject to review. We may decline, hide or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or otherwise unsuitable.

Third-party platforms

Social media embeds and links are provided by third-party platforms. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers.

Sponsored placements

Featured, Sponsored and Super Sponsor placements may be subject to separate arrangements. Placement does not imply endorsement of every claim made by a creator.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
